What is Medisha.com?

Medisha.com is an easy-to-use smartphone oriented Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System for Indian Doctors.

Does Medisha.com help me meet NMC (National Medical Commission) EMR Guidelines?

Medisha.com attempts to help doctors fulfil their obligations to their patients with minimum fuss:

  • You can continue to make prescriptions as you do today and your team can capture the Image / PDF after you print or write it.
  • You can also capture test results of patients by directly uploading the PDF, Scan or Smartphone Pictures to Medisha.com
  • The records will be retained on Medisha.com as long as you like.
  • Value added featured like Text Search and Automatic Summarization help improve your effectiveness.

How much does it cost?

You can register for a free account. Storage for upto 10,000 pages is free for doctors.

How do I use Medisha.com?

After you register yourself and login:

  • Register a patient to create their folder.
  • Select the upload button to add records
  • Select the camera icon to click and upload (multiple) pictures camera or from gallery.
  • You can also upload PDFs
  • After upload, edit the document summary as needed
  • Over next few minutes, Medisha.com performs optical character recognition and makes the document searchable.

That's it!

For more information watch our training videos (upcoming).

Is my patient data private?

Your account data is private to you unless you choose to share the records with your patient or with another doctor for opinion.

You can implicitly share corresponding folders with your patients by including their e-mail address during registration. You can also share the folder with your colleagues or team members by explicitly sharing a folder using their registered Medisha ID (email address).

We recommend that you only share folders with those you completely trust and remove sharing when it is no longer required.

Can I use Medisha.com as a replacement for paper records?

While we encourage you to access Medisha.com wherever it adds to your convenience, we recommend that you maintain an offline copy as master record for legal purposes and for occasions you are unable to access your documents on Medisha.com.
